Sean Butler​  - HEAD CHEF

 

Our culinary team is led by Executive Chef Sean Butler. Sean is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, and he specializes in using fresh local ingredients to create dishes with Danish and French themes.

 

He brings 12 years of culinary experience to our kitchen. Sean has previously been on the staff at some of Connecticut's top rated restaurants including Grant's, Millwrights, Present Company and chef de partie at Community Table.
